About Gateway National Golf Links
Gateway National Golf Links brings links-style golf to Madison, Illinois, within view of the Gateway Arch. Keith Foster designed the course around rolling ground, tall native grasses and wetlands. Bentgrass fairways, lakes and wood-tie bunkers give the property a distinctive setting just across the river from St. Louis.
Wind shapes the choices between a running approach and a shot flown onto the green. Native grasses frame the fairways, while bunkers and streams reward careful placement. The championship tees stretch to 7,178 yards at par 71, with shorter tee options available. After the round, the clubhouse offers a seasonal lunch menu and views over the course.
