What is a public golf booking window?

A booking window is the interval between the earliest time a course accepts a reservation and the day of play. If a course uses a seven-day window, Saturday inventory generally becomes bookable on the preceding Saturday. That does not tell you the exact release hour, whether residents get earlier access, or whether the rule counts calendar days in the way you expect.

The course's local time matters. A golfer traveling across a time-zone boundary should calculate the release using the time zone where the course is located, not necessarily the golfer's current device time.
